If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and the item(s) are not worn or damaged, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return item(s) with tags attached in original packaging, to obtain a refund or equal exchange. After 14 days, purchases can only be exchanged for equal value or a store credit can be issued. Once we received returned item(s), we will inspect for wear & tear and damages. If item(s) are unworn without damages, we will issue a refund excluding shipping cost within 5-7 business days. We are not responsible for any damages incurred to packaging from postal carrier or delivery service. You must contact postal service for replacement to any damaged items in any delivered package(s). All JS Apparel, *custom, sale, clearance and cosmetic items are non refundable. A store credit can be issued on *custom, sale, clearance and unworn items without damage with store tags attached.
