Do you accept payment via American Express and Discover card?

Yes. We accept all payment services including Visa & Mastercard via PayPal.

How can I change or cancel my order after it’s already been submitted?

Once you receive the item(s), you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the unworn item(s) with tags attached in original packaging. Once we receive the item(s), we will inspect for wear & tear and damages. If item(s) are unworn without damages, we will issue you a refund excluding shipping cost, within 5-7 business days.

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and the item(s) are not worn or damaged, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return item(s) with tags attached in original packaging, to obtain a refund or equal exchange. After 14 days, purchases can only be exchanged for equal value or a store credit can be issued. Once we received returned item(s), we will inspect for wear & tear and damages. If item(s) are unworn without damages, we will issue a refund excluding shipping cost within 5-7 business days. We are not responsible for any damages incurred to packaging from postal carrier or delivery service. You must contact postal service for replacement to any damaged items in any delivered package(s). All JS Apparel, *custom, sale, clearance and cosmetic items are non refundable. A store credit can be issued on *custom, sale, clearance and unworn items without damage with store tags attached. Cosmetic items are not available for store credits. *placed order(s) for item(s) in specified size, color, and/or detailed customizations*.

What’s the status of my order?

All items are mailed via U.S Postal Service so please allow up to 14 days to receive your order. If your item was mailed with “Free Shipping” and you did not pay for Priority Shipping then we can’t provide you with a tracking number.

Can I track the shipment of my order?

If your item was mailed with “Free Shipping” and you did not pay for Priority Shipping then we can’t provide you with a tracking number. We only ship in the Continental U.S. A tracking number will be provided via email or paypal to all priority orders with 24 hours of shipment.

How do I enter a promo code for an online purchase?

When you “Check Out” to pay for your items. You will see right up under the Checkout text in the middle of the page you will see that says “Have a coupon?”. Click the link right next to the text and you will see an area appear for you to enter you promo code.

How do I access my previous orders?

Click “My Account”. In “My Account” you will see a history of your purchases.
